In order to be able to realize our project idea, we looked at many plots of land and in the end decided on this finca, because it has the optimal land in terms of size and soil quality and allows both the construction of a seminar room, as well as the construction of two guest apartments, which can be made available to pupils, students and speakers free of charge. Adjacent to the seminar room, a terrace will be built to provide seating for seminars, events and our Majorcadofest. The finca itself will serve, among other things, as the administrative headquarters of the plantation.

In the section of land behind the finca, a lavender field will be created to serve as a second source of food for the bees, but also to provide a stage and seating for the Majorcado Festival and special events such as readings, concerts and theme nights. The lavender field will provide a particularly unique atmosphere that guests will remember unforgettably.

The mill with safreig (water basin) located in the front part of the finca is a listed building and therefore remains fully preserved in its historic structure.
